Annual Budget Process

The public hearings for the Revenue Neutral Rate, 2022 Revised Budget and 2023 budget will be held on September 12, 2022. The Governing Body will consider a mill levy reduction of 2.0 for the 2023 budget.

The City’s budget is the biggest policy decision the Governing Body dictates.
Kansas cities budgets follow the calendar year budget cycle - January 1 through December 31.
