Diane Doolin, RN
Diane is a nurse who is passionate about wellness! Although she loves caring for patients in the hospital, she would much rather help people avoid the need to be there. This passion for helping empower others to reach and maintain their optimal level of health shines through in all that she does. Wanting to promote healthy self-care, Diane earned advanced certification and began teaching therapeutic and restorative "demystified" yoga classes in 2005, eventually tweaking her program and incorporating other movement arts to create Peaceful Stretch classes.
Realizing that how we nourish the body greatly affects our health mentally and emotionally as well as physically, Diane also began studying whole, natural foods. She attended multiple intensives at Kripalu and the Himalayan Institute, as well as many hours of independent study, learning a variety of approaches to holistic nutrition and natural living. She created her business- Reach into Wellness- to share with others what she has learned over the years, and to encourage and support those beginning (or continuing!) their own journey.
