The holidays will be in full swing during Christkindl at Moonlight Markt in downtown Shawnee on Thursday, November 17. The festivities get started at 4 p.m. at City Hall at 11110 Johnson Drive with local vendors, REINDEER, live entertainment, face painters, food trucks, beer garden, kids' crafts and games.

Santa will be here to hear your child's holiday wishes from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.! 

At 5:30 p.m. Santa will join Mayor Michelle Distler to talk about the Mayor's Christmas Tree Fund that will benefit both Shawnee Community Services and Mercy and Truth Medical Missions. Downtown will be all aglow when Mayor Distler lights the Mayor's Christmas Tree!

Please note that we will be shutting down a stretch of Johnson Drive between Nieman Road and King Street from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
