FEMA Elevation Certificates
All Elevation Certificates for properties in Shawnee must use revised FEMA
Elevation Certificate Form 81-31 for all surveying done on or after
January 1, 2007. If a building was surveyed before that date, you can file
a copy of the old form. However, all new surveying must be recorded on the
revised form. You can download the template form and instructions at:
Letter of Map Revision (LOMR)
Occasionally Map
changes are made to the FEMA FIRMs which are described as Letters of Map
Revision (LOMR). These LOMRs are produced when FEMA approves changes
made to the floodplain or when corrections are made. Copies of some LOMRs have been posted on this site for your use:
