Frank Goode was sworn into office as a Ward II Councilmember in April 1978.  He has served on the Finance & Administration and Public Works and Safety Committees, and the Shawnee Economic Development Council.  Mr. Goode was appointed City Council President from 2000-2001 and 1980-1981; and served as the Chairperson of the Finance & Administration Committee from 1993-1994 & 1997-1998.

Mr. Goode retired as Divisional Sales Manager for the Stuart Hall Paper Company of Kansas City, Missouri.  His education includes studies in Economics and Business Administration at Rockhurst College, Civil Engineering at Finley Engineering College, and Business Administration at the National Sales Training Institute.  Mr. Goode has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Shawnee Services Limited Center and past president of Goode Development Company.
