1. APPROVE MINUTES FROM THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MEETING OF AUGUST 20, 2015.
1. BZA-11-15-11; CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 17.16.040(G), TO WAIVE THE REQUIREMENT THAT A SWIMMING POOL BE CONTAINED WITHIN A FENCE EXTENDING FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AT LEAST SIX (6) FEET ABOVE GRADE IN THE RS (RESIDENTIAL SUBURBAN) ZONING DISTRICT, LOCATED AT 5016 MEADOW HEIGHT DRIVE. REQUEST SUBMITTED BY NATHAN HENDRICKSON ON BEHALF OF SEAN AND KELLY WHEELOCK, PROPERTY OWNERS.
Motion was made and seconded to table this item to the April 21, 2016 meeting and instruct Planning staff to consider text amendments to the zoning regulations that would resolve the discrepancies between the zoning regulation and the international building code as adopted. Furthermore, City will stay any enforcement actions against property owner regarding the fence until the April 21, 2016 meeting. At that time, if the Governing Body approves changes to the
