BZA-10-16-11; CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 17.45.040 (D) TO ALLOW ENCROACHMENT WITHIN THE 20-FOOT REAR YARD SETBACK REQUIRED IN THE TSQ (TOWNSQUARE) ZONING DISTRICT. THE REQUEST IS TO CONSTRUCT A GARAGE ADDITION ONTO THE REAR OF THE BUILDING, LOCATED AT 10910 W. 58TH STREET. THE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED BY JIM BOSTON, PROPERTY OWNER.
