Neighborhood Preservation

City Government is responsible for protecting the health, welfare and safety for all its citizens. Municipal government strives to provide safe and decent housing in pleasant neighborhoods in all areas of the city, and to provide an attractive environment for all residents. Enforcing property maintenance regulations is an important part of achieving these objectives. The Codes Administration Division is responsible for the enforcement of the property maintenance regulations.
